Additional Sensor Types #419

I like to request additional sensor types to be added to HomeGenie

I've created an advanced swimming pool controller using Homegenie and an RPi 4. This system gives me a wealth of options and functionality. As I'm now wanting to take this a step further, I have a need for additional sensor types to be displayed in the homegenie/generic/sensor widget.

Have you tried creating virtual sensors to represent those headings you mention above. You could edit something like the OpenWeather widget and display the results of the readings from those virtual sensors in one single sensor for easy readability. Just an idea.

Status Widgets

Hi, I already have multi-sensor status widgets. Most of the new sensor types are analog sensors (via MCP3008) and require configuration in the widget, will be nice to see the value in the widget, now it shows nothing as the sensor types are not recognized.
