UPnP services discovery works, but browsing a media server and controlling a media renderer (i.e. smart tv) don't.
Also, HomeGenie service doesn't respond to discovery requests and it's only discoverable for a few seconds during startup.
Everything works when using .NET 4.7.2 runtime.
