X-10 does not bring to full illumination #52

Using a WS12a, setting the illumination to 90% for energy savings, is actually a much lower. It is approximately 50% dim level. I recommend bringing the light to 100%, regardless of last dim state, and then dropping down to the desired dim level.

Did you try enabling the "set level to 100% when switched on" feature on that module?

That works perfectly. Is there documentation on the various options for devices?
