Might be a good idea to allow sea levels to be changed in the mod, since it could help traversability and allow terrain to generate a bit faster.

Specifically the following levels:

Overworld water level (+ where the generator thinks the water level is, so it know where to stop generating grass and instead generate dirt/gravel)
Nether lava level
Overworld cave lava level
Nether cave lava level

Probably out of the scope of this mod, may fit better into the proposal in #44 though
