Rain particles lose precision #42

I do not recall seeing this happening in 1.15 or earlier, so it's likely this is a new bug. Shouldn't be an issue for the 1.15 port though.

I can confirm this is a bug new to 20w06a. 1.15.2 behaviour still seems perfectly normal.

Marked as In Progress on the bug tracker, so this github ticket may end up being unnecessary if fixed by Mojang.

Fixed in the latest pre in vanilla
