Mineral vein generation is always broken if Far Lands is disabled #65

It seems as though ore generation is only broken when far lands are disabled, and become fixed when enabled.

Vanilla apparently fixes this in 1.16.2 snapshots anyway: https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MC-185925

Hopefully they've actually fixed it and not the repetition I use to reproduce it.
