Split high-distance fixes off into a separate mod

I'm really not sure if this should be done, though

With this there'd be a higher likelihood that the far lands enabling feature would be available on future versions without needing to update the mod.

Maybe the high-distance precision loss fixes and the world border expansion could be merged into carpet mod instead, so that this mod has the sole purpose of bringing the far lands back?

just about all of these may be fixed soon, so just remove from the mod altogether

yeah probably not worth it since there's so few of them now
