Tons of things are missing, the code isn't exactly perfect, it hasn't been tested much, but the core of the mod somewhat works.

Closes #58, closes #74, closes #75, closes #76, closes #77, closes #78, closes #67, closes #72, closes #69, closes #73, closes #66, closes #82

From my knowledge 1.16 custom worlds don't actually support the old legacy custom world options yet, so it might be better to keep those in for the time being if possible.

(Also there could end up being several other noise generators that will never be able to be customized in vanilla, such as the one that dictates the depth of the dirt layer, so keeping the GUI available for those so we can see their own types of Far Lands might be a good idea anyway.)

soon

(but in all seriousness, I already have some local changes, it's just not done yet. School year pretty much ends tomorrow, maybe I'll have a beta for 1.16.1 by Monday)

It seems as though some of the options for new customized worlds do in fact house options which are successors to the ones added by the mod (coordinate scale becomes xz_scale, height scale is y_scale, and selector noise is the same but factor). However, with the way custom worlds work, it will end up being way more difficult to work with, so I'd recommend keeping the option in the GUI where it once was, just making it change the world's custom settings file, and not applying the changes until the world is quit out of and reopened. Remove it for the time being though if you'd prefer.

I'll likely do a UI for it alongside #80.

Does this fix #66 and/or #73?

Yes, I'll add them to the linked issues.

It's been six months now, you still going through with this?

@muzikbike good question. It seems this mod sorta died. I hope it gets more activity soon!
