Xbox voice chat is distorted #17

Users in chat on an xbox sound like the audio is cooked. Words are understandable but the audio sounds very robotic.

Probably the same root cause as #2. I'll look into it when I'm free and don't have much better to do, but such time is hard to come by now that I'm not a high schooler...
