Hi I'm trying to move/backup all my fanfiction stories to a new android phone that I am upgrading to but when I go to use the backup to internal memory option it starts up and the blue bar goes all the way across but when it gets to end it says unknown error. When I have the error I am not trying to put it on a sd card. I have made sure I have enough space on my old current phone memory as there is more free space available then what the app currently says it is using. I have over 400 fics downloaded some of which you are no longer able to re-download so I am trying to find a way to move/backup them to my new phone so I won't lose those that I can't re-download as well as it would take forever to re-download all the rest individually. Am I doing something wrong when it keeps giving me this unknown error message or is there some bug with the software itself? Also if it is a bug in the software is there anyway other way you can tell me how to move/backup my fanfiction stories so I put them on my new phone? I am new to moving app data as this is the first smart phone move I've ever done before so if there is another way to move the fanfic data can you walk me through it step by step in as simple of terms as possible? My current phone is a Samsung Galaxy S5 version 5.0. I have a new sd card but your app says it will only save new stories to that but it won't move any of my current downloaded ones without re-downloading each and everyone. Thanks again for your time!!!
