Back up/restore failure #76

Hello, I want to ask for a little help. I recently bought a new phone and I would love to save my stories to the new phone. However, I get an unknown error message when I want to do a backup or restore on my new phone. The old one uses Android 8.0 while the new phone uses the Android 10.0 system. Therefore, I would like to know if this problem has occurred with anyone else and if so, is there a solution to it or do I have to wait for a new version of the Reader.

@kov9413tam I found a workaround solution. By uninstalling the app and installing the older version 1.58b, then I restored the .bak file from memory which worked so you can get your stories backed up and then finally going to my playstore, go to "My Apps" and "Installed" apps and then find the Fanfiction Reader App which should have a button saying "Update" to update the app to 1.60. So for anyone who is having this issue, this is a potential workaround.

Your app should update to 1.60 and you'll have your stories on there.
