Add support for `camt.054.001.08` #138

@PowerKiKi Thanks for the PR. I could import the camt.054.001.08 successfully to my system.

By the way Raiffeisen just made the camt.054.001.08 to their new standard and you can't select the old 2009 version without support anymore...
