Ok finnally found why it didnt work and its sooooo fucking stupid sooo basically if you have a vc.exe file that v1.1 it wont work. it has to be v1.0 because the d3d8.dll file isint compatible with vc.exe v1.1 did so much digging to find this stupid shit so hope yall dont have to go through what i did

and the mod it self doesnt work with v1.1 i know its but it is what it is i hope the modding community can do something about this where you can use any versions

and also yall might need the old classic axis if the camera in the car doent work im probably gonna post it in my page if yall have that proplem just put the new and the old in the mod loader and it should work
