Yes, before installing this mod, I drive with w a s d for ground vehicles and w s for aircraft acceleration and arrows for direction as I'm using both my hands on my full sized keyboard, as the default key binding does, and I'm VERY VERY used to this. After installing the mod I noticed that I can't fly my hydra as I'm used to, later found out that the key binding was changed. In order to keep playing I have to change the key binding everytime or re-adjust myself completely.
Possible solutions
You have to do either one of the following
Ability to set multiple keys to do the same thing, and other things, and warning if the key is repeated in other binding.
Revert it back to somewhat old school key binding layout with the inclusion of the mod's custom keys
