Textdraws are rendered on top of pause menu #114

Describe the bug Samp has this thing called "textdraws", it basically lets the server owner draw anything he wants on player's screen. In OG SA, it was hidden when the pause screen was opened. Now it doesn't.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to literally any freeroam samp server, United Islands Freeroam is a good example
  2. Pause the game
  3. Observe

Expected behavior Chat and textdraws should hide
