Hext TextMate Grammar File #7

While not a very complicated format, it would still be nice to have some color in hext files. Here is some information on language servers: https://code.visualstudio.com/api/language-extensions/language-server-extension-guide

We don't need a language server. The format is simple enough and I just found out how to syntax highlight without one. "Why would syntax highlighting require a language server" I don't know, it was late. VSCode TextMate Docs
