Somewhere alt text has broken. This is a main feature and has to be fixed as soon as possible.

At least in 5f550c2cfdd01538293de3a1f5d01a1b88711402 we got back something that works. The title is the text.

This issue will stay open until I'm happy with the alt provided and I am still not.
