Remove some of my components #363

The following commit will remove some components I introduced into this repository that are either deprecated or superseded or are maintained outside of this repository.

Commit 126ac4e addresses this issue.

EDIT: Components like dosbox remain for now as they might still be referenced in some documentation (porting guide?). EDIT2: missed the run-scripts.
