For Sculpt 24.04, I'd like to transplant the advantages of the software dialogs of the (newer) phone version to the PC version.
The popup dialog should present the Add and Options tabs as known from the phone UI
The Add tab presents the software-provider selector at the top of the dialog, like a title for everything below.
The Add tab features an "Update index" button, which is more intuitive than the original toggling of the selected providers.
The provider selector allows for manual addition of new URLs for unverified software sources.
The Options tab presents the launchers as checkboxes. This way, launchers can easily started and removed at one place.
The popup stays open while interacting with the dialogs. In particular, the user can switch between the Add and Options tab while retaining the state of the Add tab. E.g., once seeing that the black hole component is missing when defining the routes of a new component, one can swiftly switch to the Options, activate the black hole, and switch back to finish the resource dialog. Previously, such situations required the user to traverse the popup menu multiple times.
