Add run target for Sculpt OS #77

The run-stage generalisation in #44 paved the way for executing a Goa project not on base-linux but on other targets. One particular idea by @nfeske was to run a Goa-compatible sub-init on Sculpt OS and to synchronise Goa's run directory to this system via HTTP.

I just pushed the corresponding commit series to the staging branch. See goa help targets for more details.
