Partially addresses issue #157

Hello. user as1000 is not a recognized user in the user groups for this code base. The unit test "genome-nexus-annotation-pipeline" is run on a jenkins server which checks whether the user submitting the PR is a trusted member of the development team [because the PR is run inside of our firewall]. Could someone reach out to us through slack and explain this PR and the user account as1000? Possibly this PR was created only for testing? Can it be closed?
