Add data and documentation that was missing #9

@inodb I noticed some data and documentation was missing when https://github.com/genome-nexus/genome-nexus/pull/133 was split and moved to https://github.com/genome-nexus/genome-nexus-importer/pull/3/.

Also added a .gitignore.
