So @nguyen9301 I think what we can do on the front is, just add some 'Send to Phenopackets.org' buttons. Probably on each person, as well as 'Send all to Phenopackets.org'. Then we can hook up the backend.
yep sure ! kk :D
Added Phenopackets.org buttons!
woot! nice. cc: @pnrobinson, @doctorbud
now @genome-one has to make it work :D
elementary, dear watson ;)
can you add @pnrobinson, @doctorbud to this repo, please?
@jmcmurry - I can't tag @doctorbud ... I need the repo info, so that I can push the phenopackets into it. Thanks.
@jmcmurry - both Peter and Dan have been invited ... and the invitation is awaiting their response.
ok great; thanks. https://github.com/phenopackets is the org in which the repo will live. Do you have rights to create a new repo within it? For now it would just be a disposable public repo (or private if you need) under your control.
@jmcmurry - this is not what I was after :) I was under the impression that we have push the created phenopackts into a GitHub repo that was already set up by Dan. Did I get it wrong? @pnrobinson @doctorbud
In the fullness of time, there will be such a repo, but it isn't ready yet. Hence the disposable part.
Aargh ... apologies - I've just realised now what you've written. Ok - will work on this.
It sends a phenopacket to Dan's GitHub site. I think we will need to iterate multiple times to get the format of the Phenopacket the way we need it to be, so it might be easiest just to write to the same file at first for simplicity, rather than worrying about how to call and record file names (although we will obviously need to think about this later).
