Document disk usage stats for various GMS tests #152

First make note of size of certain installation files and data files required during the priming stage

apps-2014-01-16.tgz -> 823M
apt-mirror-min-ubuntu-12.04-2014.04.02.tgz -> 2.6G
All of GMS1 priming -> 129G
GMS1.tgz -> 35G
hcc1395 data -> 313G
hcc1395_1percent -> 3.1G
hcc1395_1tenth_percent -> 928M
hcc1395_exome_only -> 27G

Next record observed disk usage during tests

Base ubuntu system on AWS before install -> 955M
Base ubuntu system on AWS after install -> 4.7G
Size of /opt after install only -> 9.8G
Size of /opt after priming with 'hcc1395_1tenth_percent' data -> 177G
Size of /opt after all analysis with 'hcc1395_1tenth_percent' data in complete -> 193G
