short introns sneaking past us #116

I did a 'remove introns_shorter_than' 11 and still ended up with these lines:

contig00008 maker exon 16211 16403 ... contig00008 maker exon 16413 16507 ...

made a short introns test genome and this didn't happen. so... closing.
