Transfer AED scores from gff to new gff (and maybe to note on table file #132

It would be good to retain the AED score if present in the gff3 file. It should be as _AED and also _eAED in attributes column. Writing it to note in tbl file would be ultimate. THis would only be in maker derived gff's so if there then transfer, if not then don't worry
