'info' says there are CDSs and exons of length 1; do 'flag cds_shorter_than 2' and GAG proceeds to REMOVE a bunch of features ... which, on inspection, do not have CDSs shorter than 2.

tested on A. nomius and none of this happens. IDK.

EDIT: not a but; just removing empty features at a counter-intuitive time. Fixed by 7b144687e4577c7110b2af3af8bf2c27eccd06b1
