Features not added #188

Hi there

I'm trying to use GAG on two fungal genomes, but the program seems to disregard all features except "gene". The UTR features are listed as 'ignored' (which is fine), but there is no mention of what has happened to the others.

I know there is requirement for each feature to have a unique name. Maker has named my features in an interesting way, but they are unique.

I have attached my two input files as well as the output directory. I hope you will be able to advise.

I have a similar issue, my files are looking the same. I also have maker annotated genome. Would love to hear some advice as well.
