translations are still off -- looks like they're all written with phase=0, but some should be phase=1 or 2

another request -- can the filename be switched from transcriptome.new.cds.fsa to transcriptome.new.cds.fasta? otherwise it needs to be renamed or hidden from tbl2asn, which gobbles up *.fsa blindly ...
