remove white surrounding explorer sprite with transparency #4

got a start on this...but I sorta hate how it turned out...will try again

i have several ideas on how to simplify the game concept and make it easier to make possibly, i will try to call you to talk about it later tonight or maybe you can call me when you have time. I want to "degrandiose" many of the rules concepts and game play elements, a more complicated game grant like game can come later. I want to make the game more fun and more moddable if they are both possible. As an idea i want the less 4x and more of acombo of roguelike and with event elements like in FTL/Massive chalice this . we'll talk later,

cool there is basically no GAME there at all yet...so we can do whatever
