Improve the Error handling

The purpose of this pull request is to enhance the error-handling capabilities of our application.

• An ErrorBoundary component that (If the UI crashes) will display a customized error message to the user and includes a link to our repository, enabling users to add an issue directly.
• I've used the Mock Service Worker to simulate errors in the front end, which will improve our ability to test the user interface and ensure it behaves appropriately under different scenarios. to test the MSW use a boolean Environment variable (REACT_APP_MOCK_API)
• Improve loading
