Add new fields to sample report

Description

Add the following new fields to the sample overview

• New field "batch ID" (see issue https://github.com/genomic-medicine-sweden/docker-sc2reporter/issues/144)
• Add information on the tools and version used in the analysis
  • GMS-artic/other tool + version
  • Pangolin data version
  • Nextclade data version
• Are fields from previous application needed (see below)?

Sample report currently has the following info:

The original application had the follow extra fields with information in the samples overview:	Column header	Description
Ct*	Ct-value
Sequencing run	Name of sequencing run
Sex*	Sex of patient
Age*	Age of patient
MLU	?
Orig. lab	Original lab
Seq. lab	Sequencing facility

• Are they also needed in the new application? If so, can they be added in the sample report instead of samples overview table?

This can be closed when

• [ ] Decide if and which new fields should be added in sample report. If, so:
  • [ ] Added field "batch ID"
  • [ ] Added versions and tools fields
  • [ ] Added fields from original application
