Support for multiple versions of sample #164

Description

A sample may need to be reanalysed for various reasons and the database should be able to store multiple versions of results for a sample.

Only one of the versions for a sample should be active [needs refinement]:

Only results of the active version are displayed by default
Only the results of the active version is used in sample comparisons

This can be closed when [needs refinement]

multiple versions of results can be uploaded for a sample
specific versions can be deleted from the database
