[User Story] Downloadable accreditation report #14

Need

As a clinician I want to be able to download a complete accreditation report so I can archive this together with the results.

Suggested approach

Have a accreditation report be part of the documents which can be loaded into the backend and serve it in the front-end

Should probably be optional as not all labs will be accredited

Can be closed when

[ ] One can download an accreditation report
