From upstart meeting we agreed that Stockholm would create an initial list of desired features which the other nodes can use as a starting point for discussing locally. Then they can feedback and append to this list.

Deadline for initial list at the end of week 40

@LilyAnderssonLee created the initial list and it was sent out as a meeting invite to all other stakeholders on 2023-10-04
