Need

As a clinician I want to be able to view/download the multiQC report.

Suggested approach

Make the frontend have a link which serves up the multiQC report.

Can be closed when

[ ] The MultiQC report can be viewed/downloaded from the frontend

Blockers

Anything else?

One should think about how this interacts with #6 and if both of these are needed or not.
