Add a repeat caller compatible with ONT data #364

Description of feature

Nallo needs a repeat caller that is compatible with ONT data, even if it's not perfect, and we can't annotate the output with Stranger (yet).

@J35P312 was working on a method of adding the number of motif repeats to the output of STRdust. Maybe something to check
