Could also look into recently released Locityper https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2024.05.03.592358v1. Could it also be relevant for raredisease? @jemten

Interesting! Feels like new long read programs are popping up every other week :) Let's focus on paraphrase and then we'll see if there is time before the release to do a little test of the program
