Test dataset for Centrifuge, Kaiju and MetaMaps when running the pipeline with -profile test

We need to update the test dataset for taxprofiler so that -profile test can be run successfully.

What needs to be done

Update the test dataset for Centrifuge, Kaiju and MetaMaps. This is similar to: https://github.com/nf-core/test-datasets/pull/477

This can be closed when:

• [x] Test datasets for Centrifuge has been added to taxprofiler branch
• [ ] Test datasets for Kaiju has been added to taxprofiler branch
• [ ] Test datasets for MetaMaps has been added to taxprofiler branch

What should be included in the test databases?

• The fastq-files used for testing contain a known mixture of (gut) bacteria, (ancient human) eukaryotes, and (yeast) fungi.
• The kraken2 database is built from P. roqueforti and human mitochondrial genome.
• More info in the README.

For a minimal database -profile test: Use the same species as for kraken2 + SARS-CoV-2 (MetaMaps, Kaiju)
