Adding .Rproj to .gitignore file and updating package creation. #78

It would be helpful to add *.Rproj to the .gitignore for collaboration purposes. Thanks!

I also added a couple commits to bioc2_rpacks.Rmd to transition to usethis::create_package because devtools::create did not work. In addition, I changed the object name to erbsViz to match the videos.
