Why is ExpID no longer present in GET annotations? #103

As previously discussed #53 we decided that ExpID should be included in GET annotations, but it no longer are at itchy. (We would also appreciate if "created by" is included as well)

"ExpID" = the name of the experiment = "name"

"created by" is not implemented since we do not have users implemented.

Isnt it better if you hard code your own experiment id "annotation"? Because it isnt really an annotation but a separate field in the experiment json.

It will look wierd if the desktop/web groups shows two places to input experiment id, one for name and another for annotation.

Thats why i wanted it removed in the first place, it was decided that it should be included though, as it worked better for the other groups.

Alright, its implemented now! (not newest server version deployed yet though)
