I can try to help doing so but it would be great if you (@imaurer) could (also) be the maintainer of the conda-forge recipe to make sure it's up to date with the pypi version. I would need this feature since we are also distributing Kipoi in bioconda (https://github.com/bioconda/bioconda-recipes/pull/12374#issuecomment-442267277).
