[x] Get season 4 output from terraref-datasets issue #55 into Rstudio
[x] Clean season 4 data, drop surface_temperature and other columns (detailed in script)
[x] Encode cultivars as dummy vars (future improvement: include only cultivars across 3 datasets)
[x] Document learning algorithm choice
[x] Run test static network with cleaned data (prototype)

Cut the following, and made into a separate issue:

[ ] Test multiple structure learning algorithms that apply to mixed continuous and categorical variables
[ ] Score learning stuctures with AIC
[ ] Generate Output DAG of test Bayesian Networks as a report (.pdf)

Cleaning took longer than anticipated, this probably could have been smaller separate issues.
