[x] relaunch bnlearn cpu bound container on CyVerse VICE
[x] re-run old network analysis that produced the error ~ - [ ] contact Sarah and Reetu RE: error if present again. ~

PSOCK error did not come up again, maybe this was fixed with a server side patch. Will look into this information.
