[x] Remove all Argonne National Laboratory Sequenced samples from 16S and ITS metadata
[x] Filter all metadata tables by ITS amplicon metadata (this has slightly less samples than 16S)
[x] extract sample collection date range from filtered metadata
[x] join sample collection dates with list of plots for the sites
[x] output TSV for @tyson-swetnam to start getting the remote sensing data for those dates
