Meet with @BryanHeidorn regarding steps forward with Environment+Trait Bayesian Network

[x] Decide on language/package for network
[x] Select data from @MagicMilly's TERRA-REF cleanup container
[x] Estimate Timeline for first iteration

Bryan will contact Clay Morrison and Sarah Elbendorf about Bayesian Networks. Likely will be coded in python. First iteration will take a few months to complete.
