Follow up to #32

[x] Test full workflow in RStudio (hangup is python script)
[x] Ask Kristina/Julian about scheduling the workflow as a chron job

Fixed minor bugs in python code, ran full workflow and submitted to EFI here.

Checked submission (minor file path error) and now 4/12 and 4/13 are both submitted and run smoothly with the bash script. Will wait to schedule crontab jobs when new server is created. Until then, I will run the bash script at the end of each workday.
