Folders and scripts are updated to include Debasmita's new model. This required separating inputs into inputs_gcc and inputs_weather. 01_pull_gcc_weather.R was created with additional pulling of NOAA data, which currently has to be run in R (doesn't work from the terminal). Files also had to be renumbered and README has been updated.
To execute a submission:
1) Run 01_pull_gcc_weather.R in R
2) Run forecast_gcc.sh from terminal window
3) Check submission website
