Follow up to #49 Need a reply from Kai Feng at ORNL with dates of the surveys

[x] compare cultivar ids between phenophase and SNP datasets
[x] collate large dataset from the separate txt files, with date, site, treatment, and phenophase columns added
[ ] create figures comparing bud set and bud break between genotypes, plots, years, etc

Most files have good number of overlap (82 tp 98 %) with SNP cultivars.

With existing knowledge, combined txt files with ancillary info gleaned from file names. Several categories have NAs, and other parts of file names may need to be added. So far, site, year, budPhas, date, rep, and score are included.
