Uploaded Debasmita's newest series of models for the Fall 2021 phenology forecasting challenge (rcc and gcc). Debugged and tested code needed, including xgboost. Currently, the forecast_gcc.sh runs 3 scripts: one to download data, one to run the models, and one to submit the outputs.
Note that the forecast_gcc.sh file name is retained for downstream chronjob purposes.
